By visiting this website you signify your agreement to the terms and conditions expressed below. 

1. We are permitted to change this website and its terms and conditions at any time.

2. The information, design concept, graphics and photographs within this website are owned by the Bali Mother and Baby House. Please contact hello@balimotherandbabyhouse.org if you are considering using our intellectual property to create fundraising material. Permission is normally granted, but we need to be involved in the process. 

3. People who contact us online with the view to visiting the Bali Mother and Baby House will not necessarily be granted permission to visit. Permission to visit the House is granted on a case-by-case basis and if any perceived risk to our children, mothers, staff and committee is identified, the authorities will be notified immediately. 

4. The relevant national and international authorities will be notified if anyone uses anything related to the Bali Mother and Baby House for reasons that are unlawful, libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, suggestive, harassing, threatening, invasive, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable.
